Allowable return and exchange conditions:

To process a return, please make sure that all items have their original tags on and are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, with no odors, tears or stains.
BF.SONG offers up to 30 days to return your purchase! In the event of non-compliance with our return policy, the returned item(s) will be considered as inconsistent with our returns policy and it will not be reimbursed.
In the event of non-compliance the return will be rejected by our teams.

Returns and exchanges other than those mentioned above are not supported by bfsong.

Returns and exchanges

1. Please contact us at service@bfsong.com for a return shipping label by email.

2. We will charge you the additional shipping unless the original error was ours.

3. Shipping charges will vary depending on the product being returned. We will contact you for your approval of those charges before we charge your card.

Damages

1. Please contact us at service@bfsong.com

2. Include pictures of the original shipping box or envelope and the damaged product.

3. We will send you a shipping label to return the damaged item and contact you to determine whether you want a replacement or refund.

4. Your replacement or refund will be on its way as quickly as possible during our normal operating hours. Weekends and holidays will increase the time it takes to serve you.

5. We will charge you the additional shipping unless the original error was ours.

Refunds

1. If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you and offer a substitution or we will process a refund for that item. You will be notified by email.

2. Refunds for confirmed damages will be processed within 48 hours during our normal operating hours. Weekends and holidays will increase the time it takes to serve you.

3. All refunds will be credited to the card you used to purchase the item being refunded.
